Both Pantry members and homeless visitors can receive case management services to assist them apply for the benefits and acquisitions
for which they are eligible. Case managers electronically process Medicaid and SNAP applications at our office.
Additionally, case managers provide assistance with obtaining birth certificates, state identification, and make referrals to offsite
organizations that provide drug counseling, vocational services, temporary and permanent housing. Pantry families can receive
case management by contacting the Help 365 Program Manager at (917) 720-9705. Homeless individuals can receive case management
through our Project Dignity program by visiting our Breakfast program or contacting the Project Dignity Coordinator at (917) 720-9715.
Help 365 is open Monday through Saturday, 9:00am-8:00pm and Sunday and holidays from 4:00pm-8:00pm.
Project Dignity is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm
